As Manager of our Analyst Group, Tim has extensive experience in supporting clients involved in complex gas and LNG disputes and commercial transactions.
Tim has been involved in more than 25 client projects, including commercial advice, pricing disputes, price reviews, shortfall disputes and force majeure claims. 15 of these have been international arbitrations.
Tim is proficient at providing full support for the Expert Witness activities in litigation proceedings. This includes producing quantitative analysis and damages calculations through the construction of bespoke analytical models, the development of Expert Witness evidence submitted into international arbitration, and the rigorous research into markets, companies and trends that underlies this.
