Victoria has extensive international experience across four continents, supported by a Doctorate in Business Administration and a Master of Science in Economics from the London School of Economics.

Victoria is a fiscal expert in extractive industries and has gained extensive experience in fiscal terms negotiation, gas pricing disputes, business planning, project evaluation, business development and commercial agreements. Her commercial, negotiation, price revision and valuation experience covers Algeria, Canada, France, Italy, Iran, Japan, Libya, Mauritania, Netherlands, Russia, Spain, Syria, Turkey, Trinidad & Tobago, United Kingdom, United States and Venezuela.

  • Successfully led analysis for an ICC arbitration case on a $50 billion transnational gas pricing dispute.
  • Led economic analysis for a multi-billion dollar FID investment in an integrated LNG project for an Asian Buyer.
  • Delivery of commercial and economic advice to secure government approval for a Plan of Development on a multi-billion dollar investment in an offshore oil and gas field in Ghana for an international oil and gas company (Tullow Oil plc).
  • Provision of commercial and economic advice to facilitate negotiations on gas pricing terms and conditions for associated and non-associated gas with the Government of Ghana.
  • Training and mentoring of corporate planning staff to develop an in-house upstream economic model for an international oil and gas company (Tullow Oil plc).
